As a Grant Coordinator, Project Manager, and Nonprofit Operations Leader, Tawyana’s expertise bridges both the strategic and the creative — combining her foundation in communications with marketing-driven insight to craft solutions that connect people, processes, and purpose.

Her professional path includes influential roles with the Virginia Department of Health, Peter Paul Development Center, Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, and the University of Richmond, where she cultivated her reputation for operational excellence, equity-minded leadership, and results-oriented innovation.
